We undertook a comprehensive gut renovation and addition of a 3,000 sq ft historic home in Delray Beach, collaborating closely with architects and engineers to ensure a seamless blend of historic preservation and modern functionality. In this significant home addition project, we meticulously preserved 50% of the original historic structure. The entire residence was completely updated with brand-new plumbing and electrical systems, bringing all utilities to contemporary standards. We utilized exotic woods and specialized craftsmanship to create an authentic Florida home aesthetic within this urban environment, resulting in a truly unique and revitalized residence.
Fort Lauderdale Residence
This beautiful Fort Lauderdale home was complimented with an 1100 square foot addition and 18' X 40' X 9' deep swimming pool, built from the ground up. We worked closely with the home owners to achieve their expectations, with strong contracting skills and a love to build, an exceptional pool house was added to the existing residence.
Miami Shore Renovation
This Miami Shores residence has undergone a comprehensive, full-gut renovation, bringing all core building systems to current code and modern standards. The project involved the complete removal of existing interior infrastructure down to the studs.
Key technical upgrades include a brand-new electrical system for increased capacity and safety, an entirely replaced plumbing system for optimal efficiency, and a new high-efficiency air conditioning system for superior climate control. The property also features new impact-resistant windows and doors meeting hurricane mitigation requirements, and a significant structural enhancement involved the conversion of low ceilings to elevated high ceilings, creating a more expansive interior volume. This new Hollywood flagship store involved a complex technical conversion of an existing building, executed to precise specifications. The project began with extensive structural analysis to ensure the original edifice could support the new retail demands, informing every subsequent step.
Key construction included strategic structural modifications, such as reinforcing elements and creating new circulation paths. All MEP systems were entirely re-engineered and installed, featuring high-capacity HVAC, robust electrical infrastructure, and upgraded plumbing. The exterior received a significant façade modernization with new cladding and high-performance glazing. Internally, the fit-out utilized high-end, durable materials for all finishes. Throughout, strict adherence to local building codes, ADA compliance, and fire safety regulations was paramount for this public retail environment, ensuring every detail met the rigorous flagship standards.
North Miami Renovation
This fully gutted and renovated Biscayne Gardens home offers a truly modern living experience, meticulously transformed from top to bottom. A significant highlight is the seamless addition of a luxurious new master suite, created by expertly enclosing the open carport. This expansion provides a private oasis, perfectly integrated into the home's updated layout. The construction of this high-end pool cabana and integrated oasis-style pool involved a meticulous technical approach. The cabana itself is a structurally independent, engineered shelter built on a reinforced concrete slab. Its framework uses durable, weather-resistant materials like corrosion-resistant galvanized steel or marine-grade aluminum, often with a powder-coated finish. The roofing system incorporates advanced membranes and insulation for thermal performance and robust hurricane resistance. Electrical and plumbing systems are fully integrated, with provisions for high-end lighting, entertainment, and outdoor amenities, all using outdoor-rated, weather-proof components.
