Delray Beach Residence
A gut renovation of a 3,000 sq ft Historic home in DelRey Beach. We worked with architects and exotic woods to create an original florida home in this urban space. 50 percent of the historic home was kept in this home addition project.
Fort Lauderdale Residence
This beautiful Fort Lauderdale home was complimented with an 1100 square foot addition and 18' X 40' X 9' deep swimming pool, built from the ground up. We worked closely with the home owners to achieve their expectations, with strong contracting skills and a love to build, an exceptional pool house was added to the existing residence.
Miami Residence
This custom renovation was done in the heart of Miami. The home was fully gutted and left to the bare studs and blocks. The upper portion of the garage was converted into a master bedroom loft with high vaulted ceilings. New structural beams and columns were added to achieve an "Open style kitchen" area.
Metro PCS By T-Mobil Flagship Store
Located in beautiful Hollywood, FL. This project consisted of major renovations and structural work. We transformed a rundown stand alone building into a MetroPCS flagship store.
